Oh, Dr. Serendipity.
That’s right, somebody made a Butterfly Signal.
Well it’s certainly been a good few days! I was interviewed by Chris Arrant of Newsarama.com and I’ve been getting lots of kind emails, lj friends, comments, and telegrams. Thanks so much everyone! If you missed the article, here it is. Another comics news site I love, The Great Curve, also talked about my work the other day in this article.
You probably noticed the change in the format of the strip. I thought this might look better, and suit some of the school papers that ‘Butterfly’ might be running in soon. It also looks a bit better than the four-panel grid I’ve been doing to make the iPod releases for Clickwheel look good. Anyway, I hope y’all like it, cuz I guess it’s here to stay.
Also, check out the brand new Reader Art page!

Another follower after the Newsarama article, and look set to be a dedicated follower too.
What a simply delightful strip this is!
Deceptively simple and clear art style, in-jokes (Which are funny to boot), and a hero who is a hero because, it seems, what else could it be better to be (and who wouldn’t know “angst” if he was introduced to it by name at a party)
Looking forward to the continuing adventures!
