To the Knight-Party!

Oh yes, the Knight-Bat birthday party is only now coming to a close. Very little time passes in the course of a Butterfly strip. In fact, I’ve been reading over the strips, and I’m pretty sure that less than five days have occured since the begining of the Butterfly saga, over a year ago. Possibly only three.

I guess it’s because the stories hardly ever come to a STOP, they just keep folding into the next storyline. I think I’m going to start capping off chapters from now on.

HEY, so if you’d like to see some of Butterfly outside of his three-to-five day continuity, check out these awesome guest-appearances in comics by Ali Graham and Brandon Lewis. You guys rock so hard!

In other news, I had a great morning yesterday. I spent a few hours hanging out at my wife’s school and printing up the posters (which have dropped in price due to a serious hook up on the printing costs). Now I just need to get a good price on my mailing tubes and they’ll be shipping out! I think they turned out pretty cool, but don’t take my word for it! Let’s ask some kid!

Well if that’s not a convincing endorsement I don’t know what is.

I kinda did not like what the cop said. It just doesnt fit in. Usually in every superhero time continuum, the cops are always happy to clean up after the superheroes! That’s just the way it goes! Anyway, sorry for whining but I still love your comic strip. Keep up the good work!

oh man, he IS happy. and subservient! he’s not being sarcastic at all. it’s supposed to be a joke on EXACTLY what you’re saying. cops are happy to clean up guys in costumes, often without knowing what the criminals did!

sorry for not conveying that completely.

whoops my bad. i guess i just did not get it.

Anyway, I would like to tell you that reading your comic strip have help me decide to start drawing again. I was wondering if you have any tips for newcomers like me. I really enjoy your style and hope to someday make one of my own that is at least half as good as yours. Would you mind giving a helping hand?
