It's funny, the past number of years I've been really busy on Feb 1, but right now, Wednesdays are essentially my weekend! Makes for much easier comic-making, but a lot less interesting things happening during the day.

To compensate, I think I ended up revealing a little too much about my nerdy, nerdy self.

There are still songs that I do not know the real words to but I know the Weird Al version for. Another One Rides the Bus and Eat It are two that come to mind... oops.
I don't know, seems to me your boring day is better than any of my exciting ones! And you still did a great comic amongst it all! Rock on.

Haha, thanks guys -- I should point out that our DM is actually super exceedingly awesome and I am paraphrasing him horribly...it did sort of feel like it how it was depicted, but we were being stupid and cocky and split the party (I mean, really! we should have known), and then failed all our fort saves so three little homunculi bit us, put us to sleep and tore us apart. It wasn't a total party wipe, but 3/5 characters died.

I drew a funerary portrait of my character (Orin, a super badass witch who was really awesome to play):
