Claire - this was REALLY good. Holy crap. I feel like you really covered a wide range of experimentation in here. Like, where you kind of talk to yourself as you ride hone on the subway... the long shot of you reading... the monologue from off panel that suggests you're out the door and left things behind the same thought twice as you travelled to band practice...

you're really finding some good techniques doing this and showing us all how it's done! Nice work.

Oh Brady! You are such a great #1 fan!

My over-all goal this year was to NOT do a panel about drawing comics. Next year I think I might try not doing panels about the food I eat... or maybe just drawing more backgrounds and less txt?
