I drew that first drawing sometime near 4 AM, so I figured it might count as the start.

I'm so glad you did this! I was wondering if you would. It did not disappoint, squire.

Ah! Andy! YEAH YEAH! Andy comics are by far my favourite type of comics. I miss seein' you around the internet, since that's really the only place we can hang out. Are you going to come to MoCCA or SPX anytime soon? I will have to talk to you on IM sometime...

....calm down dom, calm down, this is probably just a dream!
Awesome, love the quote, I won't bother you with questions like "WHERE ARE YOU" and "WHEN ARE YOU BECOMING A SUPERSTAR" and I'll just say I'm glad I could read this today, made my day.

Thanks, Josh. I've missed you guys, I feel like an exile, but I think it fits.

I don't know about either of those, if I were to go to one it'd probably be MoCCA, but it all depends on what'll be going on in summer. I'd really like to go to a comic show again though.

That's lovely, maybe the best drawn of all of them. I've missed you on Livejournal!

Ha, well I hope it makes some people happy. I thought if I participated, I should at least post it to the Hourly board.

I wanted to try something a little different, and I like how one page compositions look, so I went for it, and I think I preferred it to last year's two-big-panels style.

heh, thank you, Dominique. Sorry to be slow on replying to your email, I'm very uncoordinated with that stuff. I'll fill you in very soon.

Glad you enjoyed the strip!

Oh, well thank you very much. I used a faber-castell small tip, instead of my normal brush tip, and I liked it a lot.

I've missed your stuff, too, I still check your journal sometimes, and your watercolors are so damn good.

yeah, I can understand that. It's good to know you're still around though, and you haven't given up the dream.

MoCCA would be a good one to hit up. I'll have just gotten back from the Cartoon Commune then and we can chill. Last year was really fun. I think this year will be good too because I'll know more people and I'll be less awestruck by the whole splendor of it all. It's a really nice atmosphere, and they had a really great cross-section of artists. Either way let me know what you're thinking!

Yeah, that sounds great. My girlfriend and I had planned to go last summer actually, but money was too tight for both of us. MoCCA is right on my birthday or so, so it's tough trying to decide where I want to spend it.

I feel like I haven't seen anything from you for a while... and your drawings are looking really sharp!

There is a pleasant dreamy drifting to your comics here.

Thanks, Jason. Yeah, I haven't been posting for a while.

I've always really admired your coloring, but I have to say your avatar is PERFECT.
