holy cow. one would take a glance at this and possibly scoff but if they did they'd be butts. you did an excellent job turning these photos into snazzy ilustrations. also I love the Animation Show box set.. my favorite is still probably Das Rad or just about any fo the don hertzfeldt ones. oh man and on the second Disc "When the Day Breaks" is so gorgeous and just beautiful in general that you just.. aw shit... it's just some damned fine art right there. an excellent choice. I'm eager to see more.

Oh wow, I didn't expect anyone to notice these. Yay! But yea Don Hertzfeldt is my favorite. I saw the box set thing and practically drooled on it with excitement. I like the one with the singing cuckoo clock birds.

the real tuesday weld is the one on there that really makes you want to shake your pimply ass to the wonderfulness. the bunnies one that opens up the second one actually used to have an awesome song that made you do the same thing. but they took it out for some reason. if you viewed the original short of studio soi it had the little song and it was awesome. it apparently began life as an MTV bumper.

That dog is just darn adorable.

I love how you've blended the photos and the comics, feels kind of eerie in some places, like reality is a bit broken.

I love Sammy! She is my jackapoo! Idk about the subway, it was the Red Line from LA Union Station to North Hollywood. It looked pretty old though. It made me feel like I was in the scene of Willy Wonka when they're on the boat screaming.

THis is a cool technique. They're like rodoscoped comics!
