Yeah, I feel kind of ridiculous posting this, but I'm having a heck of a time figuring out how to Photoshop an avatar that meets this forum's standards (technically, not artistically) I've got plenty of 100x100 or under ones from other sites, but none of them are under 11 kb, the closest is around 60kb. I've tried taking down their colors, reducing down to even 50x50, jpg, gif, the works. Is there some ridiculously simple trick I don't know? I'm moderately well versed in Photoshop, but it's all self taught, so if anyone could give me a pointer on this rather humiliating subject, which it appears even 11 year old's can grasp, I'd appreciate it:]

Dunno. I use the Save-For-Web feature in Photoshop.
