Did the furby talk slowly and wierdly? XD. I remember finding a battery-powered ghost toy once, which only just worked, sounded really funny

there were 4 furbies she found. the one i got working talked fine just slow. one didnt respond to batteries & two of em didnt speak but their mouths still moved. it was some goshdarn creepy ventriloquism
