Off-Duty: Jake Wyatt’s Kitty Pryde & Lockheed!

Note: Today we’re highlighting a new artist in the P:R fold, and one with a boatload of talent: Jake Wyatt. This great Off-Duty design for the X-Man Kitty Pryde really shows off the eclectic nature of the hero one-timed called Sprite, with  Wyatt saying this is done as an homage to the character’s era in Excalibur as drawn by Alan Davis. – Chris A.

  1. Per usual, Wyatt rocks it. Really looking forward to his work on all new X. I’ll admit though, that I have a soft spot for off-duty Kitty, moreso than her official duds.

  2. Nice work. But I don’t see Kitty of the current era wearing such an outfit anymore. She’s a mature adult, not a college coed.

  4. I really like the outfit for kitty:simple, cool and charming,it remembers me when she was a teen ager with Excalibur, one of my favorite period of x stories.
I just dislike the way lockeed is portrayed,I love the classic dragon look it has and those big round eyes are a bit weird and creepy to look.
The only flaw for me it’s the star of David on the tie, maybe I’m wrong but the ostentantion of a star of David on clothes rember me this
    I repeat,maybe I’m wrong but it remembers me this,I can’t help it.

  5. This is fantastic. Love the wyattriot! I coud see it as a young kitty outfit or as a hip teacher at the school. The design shouts modern fashion and has a fun twist on the school uniform concept.
